XRechnung 3.0 UBLXRechnung 3.0 CIIZUGFeRD / Factur-XRO e-Factura (CIUS-RO)The deadlines in Germany
Every business must be able to accept and read e-invoices. Transition periods still apply to issuing them.
Companies with more than €800,000 turnover in the previous year issue domestic invoices to other businesses only as e-invoices.
From then on the obligation applies to all other businesses. Exceptions include small businesses (Kleinunternehmer), invoices up to €250 and travel tickets.
For software vendors
Your customers write invoices in your software. We turn them into valid e-invoices, so you do not have to implement the standards yourself.
For small businesses
You do not need new accounting software to receive and write e-invoices.
How it works
Your software sends seller, buyer and lines as JSON. If a mandatory field is missing, we tell you which one right away.
We calculate totals and VAT according to EN 16931 and check every XRechnung and ZUGFeRD with the KoSIT validator, the official checking tool.
Delivery by e-mail, Peppol in preparation. Every issued invoice is kept unchangeable in the archive, with a checksum and an unbroken chain.
