Writing invoices with the Fakturnaut app: explained step by step, from your first account to the archive.

The app creates your invoices as e-invoices, as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. Every invoice is checked against the official rules before it is issued and gets the next number of your number series. Customers, items and payments stay in one place.

First steps

1. Create an account and confirm your e-mail address.
2. Under Settings, enter your company's details and the number series.
3. At the top right, under User account, switch on two-factor sign-in.
4. Under Invoices, write your first invoice.
