Reports on revenue, payments and VAT

Revenue by customer, item and month, open items, payments and a VAT overview, with App Plus and App Europe.

Open a report

Open Reports and choose a report:

• Revenue by customer, Revenue by item or service and Revenue by month with the previous year.
• Open items and Aging.
• Payments received and Days to pay.
• VAT overview.
• Delivery and checks.

Period and basis

Choose the Period: fiscal year, quarter, month or free. The basis is the invoice date (accrual) or the payment date (cash). When your fiscal year starts is set under Settings.

Open items and aging always show today's position. A click on a row opens the matching invoices.

Export

Export CSV downloads the report as a CSV file, with semicolons and decimal commas for Excel. Print or PDF opens the print view.

All amounts are net. The VAT overview helps with the VAT return but is no substitute for tax advice.

App Free has no reports.
