Plans and limits
Prices and included volumes are on the pricing page and in GET /public/plans. Usage of a month:
GET /usage?period=2026-10 (issued and validated invoices, checked documents, active sellers).
What the plans decide
- Trial: 30 days, up to 20 invoices in total, one German seller, simulated Peppol, no e-mail delivery. Every invoice carries the note (BT-22) “TEST INVOICE from the free trial – not a valid invoice”. After that the account is read-only (
402 plan.trial-ended): invoices stay available and the sandbox keeps working. You get an e-mail three days before the end and once it has ended. - Starter: German sellers, e-mail delivery, overage per invoice.
- Growth and Scale: all countries, real Peppol, more included invoices and sellers.
- Enterprise: by contract.
Over the limit: 402 plan.document-limit, plan.seller-limit, plan.country-not-included or
plan.feature-not-included. An account whose plan ended or whose payment is overdue becomes read-only
(402 billing.read-only): reading and downloading keep working.
Technical limits (all plans)
- 120 requests per minute and 4 concurrent requests per account (
429 rate-limit.*withRetry-After). - One heavy job (issuing, checking) per account at a time (
429 tenant.heavy-work-running). - At most 1000 lines × formats per invoice; uploads up to 20 MB (2 MB on the current instance size).
- 20 active API keys, 10 webhook endpoints, 200 e-mail deliveries per 24 hours.
- The sandbox has its own limits and is never billed.
